Gibo, Stepmother's Sin features Yusuke, a young boy whose dad spends most of his time on work trips. His spring holiday is spent procrastinating and having sex with his school friend (and also cousin) Mio. Until the day when his dad's new wife, Misako, and her daughter Shiina, move into the house. As soon as he sees his new stepmom, Yusuke only has one objective : to make her his sex slave.
Let's first put it clearly, Gibo is not for everyone. Many audiences will find it sick, since it is one of the most hardcore hentai games ever produced, regarding graphics first (the gallery below is a very softcore extract from what the game has to offer), but mostly because of the scheme the main character puts in place in order to make his stepmother his slave. Depending on the choices made by the player, the game will feature violence, bondage, psychological torment, and even what has no other names than rape and incest.
In this classic visual novel style interface, Yusuke will progressively push his stepmother into a more and more sexual relationship, starting with a kiss and never stopping on the road, also involving his stepsister and cousin in the game when the chance comes along. The game features, in addition to the traditional to the genre text-questions tree, two “meters”, one for “love” and one for “lewd”, measuring the status of your relation to your stepmother, and influencing the ending of the game.
There are many endings to the game, most of which are bad endings (even though many would consider the “good” endings bad as well). Reaching a good ending requires a lot of balance between satisfying the main character's sexual appetite and not pushing it too much, the latter leading to both the most violent scenes and the most brutal (bad) endings.
